Twenty One Capital, Inc., was incorporated in Texas on March 7, 2025. Twenty One will be an operating company with multiple bitcoin-focused businesses. Immediately after the close, Twenty One will carry out two main activities: (1) actively accumulate Bitcoin and manage its Bitcoin holdings; and (2) start developing educational materials and branded content aimed at driving Bitcoin literacy among institutional and retail investors.
