Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on March 26, 2007. It is the first batch of Chinese real estate companies to go public in the United States and enter overseas. Its real estate related sectors cover five major sectors: financing agent construction, industrial city operation, smart technology, business management, and property management, forming a complete technology real estate ecosystem and continuing to provide support for the development of the real estate industry. International real estate has always been an important business of Xinyuan Group, covering many countries and regions such as New York, Los Angeles, Malaysia, etc., and has created a series of boutique projects.
