Winnebago Industries, Inc. was incorporated under Minnesota law on February 12, 1958, and changed to its current name on February 28, 1962. The Company is one of the leading manufacturers of recreational vehicles (" RV ") and marine products in North America with a diversified product portfolio primarily for leisure travel and outdoor leisure activities.
