Western Midstream Partners, LP is located in Delaware and was founded by Anacoda Petroleum Co., Ltd., which has three partnership interests in Western Gas Joint Venture Co., Ltd. The Company was formed in September 2012 following a merger with WGR Holdings, LLC, a Delaware-based limited liability company. Western Gas Joint Venture, LLC (WES) is a publicly traded limited liability partnership engaged in the collection, processing, compression, processing and transportation of natural gas, condensate, natural gas liquids and crude oil for Anacoda Petroleum Company Limited and its subsidiaries, as well as third-party producers and customers. The company's main business goal is to increase cash distribution per unit, but this goal will only be achieved when the Western Gas JV achieves the same goal.
