Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. was incorporated as a company on March 22, 2017 under the laws of the United Mexican States. They are an independent Latin American oil and gas company and have been operating since April 4, 2018. They have high quality, low operating cost, high margin conventional production assets in Argentina and Mexico, and most of their production and revenue comes from Argentina. In addition, most of their ongoing drilling and workover activities, estimated proven reserves and assets are located in Argentina, including their current production of Vaca Muerta Wells.
