The Company is a Maryland corporation principally engaged in the business of owning and acquiring gaming, hotel and entertainment destinations subject to long-term triple net leases. The company owns 93 experiential assets in a geographically diversified portfolio, including 54 gaming properties and 39 other experiential properties across the United States and Canada, including Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, MGM Grand Hotel and The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, as well as three of the most iconic entertainment facilities on the Las Vegas Strip, the Venetian Expo. The Company's gaming and entertainment facilities are leased to leading brands that seek to drive consumer loyalty and value with guests through superior service, experience, products and continuous innovation.
