The company is a leading provider of offshore contract drilling services for the international oil and gas industry. In addition to two rigs under construction and one rig marked as retired and classified as held for sale, the Company currently owns and operates an offshore rig fleet of 74 rigs with drilling operations in nearly every major offshore market on six continents, including rigs under construction, and its fleet consists of 16 drillships, 8 dynamically positioned semi-submersible rigs, 2 moored semi-submersible rigs and 50 jack-up rigs, The company operates the largest offshore rig fleet in the world, including one of the industry's newest ultra-deepwater fleets and a leading advanced jack-up drilling fleet.
