Ternium S.A. was established on December 22, 2003. It is a social anonymous organization organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Ternium is a leading steel company in the Americas. Its facilities are located in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, the southern United States, Colombia and Central America. In addition, Ternium participated in the control group of Usiminas, a market-leading flat steel company in Brazil.
