TC Energy Corporation was established in February 2003. The company is a leading North American energy infrastructure company focusing on natural gas pipelines, oil pipelines and energy. At the end of the year and in the past year, natural gas transmission pipeline revenue accounted for nearly 48% of the annual revenue, accounting for 48% of total assets, oil pipeline revenue accounted for 17% and 25%, and energy revenue accounted for 36% and 24%, respectively. The company operates three businesses: natural gas pipelines, oil pipelines and energy. The natural gas pipeline and oil pipeline business includes the company's natural gas pipelines and oil pipelines in Canada, the United States and Mexico, as well as the company's conventional natural gas storage business in the United States. Energy includes the Company's power operations and unconventional natural gas storage operations in Canada.
