Scorpio Tankers Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the Marshall Islands on July 1, 2009. Scorpio Tankers is engaged in the marine transportation of crude oil and refined oil products. It operates a wholly-owned tanker fleet and deploys it on global routes through different ship types and operational arrangements to serve international oil logistics needs. Since the start of operations, the company's fleet has continued to expand in order to support its operational role in the global oil transportation chain.
