Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc., was incorporated as Sound Point Merinian Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company on May 13, 2022. Effective March 13, 2024, they transformed from a Delaware limited liability company into a Delaware corporation called Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc. Their main investment objective is to generate high liquid income, followed by generating capital appreciation.
