(formerly Insured Municipal Income Fund Inc.) was established in Maryland on February 18, 1993, And is registered with the U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission (" SEC ") as a closed-end diversified management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act "). Since December 21, 2009, the fund has been renamed as the Limited Company Special Opportunities Fund, and the investment objective has been changed to total return. There is no guarantee that the Fund's investment objectives will be achieved. The fund's previous investment objective was to achieve a high level of current income, exempt from federal income tax, consistent with capital preservation.
