South Bow Corporation was incorporated on December 15, 2023 under the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. TC Energy announced plans to spin off its liquid pipeline business into two separate investment-grade listed companies. As a result of the proposed spin-off transaction, the Company will consolidate the financial results of TC Energy's liquids business when the liquid pipeline business contributes to the Company in the future.
