Summit Midstream Corporation was incorporated in Delaware on May 14, 2024. Summit Midstream Partners, LP, or Partnership, is a Delaware masters limited partnership headquartered in Houston, Texas, focused on developing, owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets that are strategically located in the core producing areas of unconventional resource basins (primarily shale formations) in the U.S. mainland. After the company's reorganization, the partnership will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Summit Midstream, Inc., a newly formed Delaware corporation.
