The company was established in June 1997 and continues to operate the commercial real estate business of its predecessor, Sang Luo Green Real Estate Company. Founded in 1980 by Chief Stephen L. Green, Sunro Green Properties has been in the business of owning, managing, leasing, acquiring and repositioning office properties in Manhattan, the New York City boroughs. Rickson Associates Real Estate, and Rickson Partners, are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sunro Green Partners.
