Sabine Royalty Trust was established under the Sabine Corporation Royalty Trust Agreement, effective December 31, 1982, to receive distribution of Sabine Corporation royalties and mineral interests, including those located in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas Royalties, extraction interests, minerals, production payments and similar non-participating interests of landowners of certain producing and undeveloped oil and gas resources. Income from mining interests is recognized during the period when the total amount is received by the Trust or the escrow agent.
