The Company is an international seaborne dry bulk transportation service provider that transports bulk cargoes, especially coal, grain and iron ore, along global seaborne shipping routes for some of the world's largest seaborne dry bulk transportation service consumers. As of February 5, 2016, the company has a fleet of 37 dry bulk carriers with a total carrying capacity of 3,341,800 dwt and an average age of 6.1 years, making it one of the youngest Panamax, Kamsarmax, Post-Panamax and Capesize fleets in the world.
