The Company changed its name from "Sandstorm Resources Ltd." to "Sandstorm Gold Ltd." on February 17, 2011. Is a growth-focused company seeking to acquire Gold Purchase Agreements (" Gold Streams ") from companies with advanced stage development projects or operating mines. In return for the advance payment from Gold Stream, Sandstorm received the right to purchase a percentage of the mine's gold production over the life of the mine at a fixed price per ounce.
