Sonic Automotive, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware in 1997. The company is one of the largest auto retailers in the United States. As of December 31, 2017, the company operated 114 agents in 13 states and 18 collision repair centers. The Company's dealers provide a full range of services to the Company's customers, including (1) sales of new cars, used cars and light trucks; (2) sales of replacement parts, performance of vehicle maintenance, manufacturer warranty repairs, paint and collision repair services; and (3) arrangements for extended service contracts, financing, insurance and other aftermarket products (collectively referred to as "F & I ").
