The Fund is registered as a diversified, closed-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund's investment advisor is RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC and the Fund's sub-advisor is MacKay Shields LLC. The Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fund management assets allocated to the tactical municipal closed-end fund strategy. The Group Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund's Managed Assets allocated to the Municipal Bond Income Strategy.
