The company has four sets of high-level consumer networks, managed resorts under the Gaylord hotel brand of Marriot International Co., Ltd. (Marriott for short), a world-class operator, with a total of 7,811 rooms. The four resorts are part of the Gaylord hotel property, By Nashville Gaylord Opryland Vacation and Conference Center, Tennessee Gaylord Opryland Vacation and Conference Center, near Orlando Gaylord Palms Vacation and Conference Center, Florida Gaylord Palms Vacation and Conference Center, near Dallas Gaylord Texan Vacation and Conference Center, Texas Gaylord Texa N Vacation and Conference Center and Gaylord International Vacation and Conference Center (Gaylord National) in Washington, DC. Other assets managed by Marriott include Gaylord Springs Golf Club (Gaylord Springs for short) and 303 hotels near Gaylord Opryland. The company has owned and operated numerous media and entertainment assets including Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Week performance stages for nearly 90 years. The Ryman Auditorium of the Grand Ole Opry is located in the former downtown area of Nashville; WSM-AM is the radio home of the Opry. The business operated by the company is mainly divided into three parts: (1) Hotel: including the ownership and operation rights of the hotel (2) Opry and tourist attractions: including Grand Ole Opry, WSM-AM and Nashville scenic spots (3) Company and others: including company expenses. The company was originally established in 1956 and restructured in 1997. Before being restructured into a real estate investment trust, they were a Class C company.
