RPC, Inc., a Delaware corporation originally founded in 1984, is the holding company for several oilfield service companies and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. RPC provides a wide range of specialized oilfield services and equipment, primarily for independent and major oil and gas field companies engaged in oil and gas exploration, production and development across the United States (including the Southwest, Mid-Continent, Gulf of Mexico, Rocky Mountains and Appalachia) and selected international markets. The services and equipment provided include (1) pressure pumping service, (2) downhole tool service, (3) coiled tubing service, (4) forced tripping service (also known as hydraulic workover service), (5) nitrogen service, (6) lease of drill pipes and specialized oilfield equipment, and (7) well control. RPC is the holding company of its operating units Cudd Energy Services, Patterson Rental and Fishing Tools, Bronco Oilfield Services, Thru Tubing Solutions, Well Control School, etc.
