Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., was established in 1968 as a partnership. The company is one of the world's leading cruise lines. The company owns and operates three global cruise brands: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises. The company also owns a 50% joint venture interest in TUI Cruises GmbH (" TUIC "), which operates German brands TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. The Company's investment in Partner Brands is accounted for using the equity method of accounting. As of December 31, 2024, the Company's Global Brands and Partner Brands have a combined fleet of 68 vessels in the cruise vacation industry, with a combined capacity of approximately 166,900 berths. The company's ships offer a range of global itineraries, calling at more than 1,000 destinations on all seven continents.
