Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., was established as a partnership in 1968. The company is one of the world's leading cruise lines. The company owns and operates three global cruise brands: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises. The company also owns a 50% joint venture interest in TUI Cruises GmbH (" TUIC "), which operates German brands TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. The Company's investment in Partner Brands is accounted for using the equity method of accounting. As of December 31, 2024, the Company's Global Brands and Partner Brands fleet in the cruise vacation industry totaled 68 vessels with a combined capacity of approximately 166,900 berths. The company's ships offer a range of global itineraries, calling at more than 1,000 destinations on all seven continents.
