Postal Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, was founded in November 2018. The Company is an internally managed real estate company that owns and manages properties leased to the United States Postal Service (USPS). Upon completion of this offering and related formation transactions, the Company will own and manage an initial portfolio of 271 postal properties located in 40 states, including 871,843 net rentable internal square feet, all of which are leased to USPS and through the Company's taxable REIT subsidiary, or TRS, The Company will provide fee-based third-party property management services for an additional 401 postal properties leased to USPS and owned by Mr. Spodek's family members and associates.
