PermRock Royalty Trust is a Delaware statutory trust established on November 22, 2017 by NGP investment company Boaz Energy to focus on the acquisition, development and operation of Permian Basin oil and gas assets. The PermRock Royalty Trust will own the net profit gain, representing 80% of the net profit from the sale of oil and gas products from the acquisition of the related property located in Permian Basin, Texas and held by Boaz Energy.
