Primoris Services Corporation or its predecessor company has been in business since 1946, and the company was incorporated in Delaware, USA in 2006. Since its inception, the company has been actively implementing a diversified expansion strategy. Most of the company's business in the past was in the western United States, mainly in California to conduct its main operations.
In terms of organization and operations, Primoris Services has several affiliated companies, which are jointly holding companies engaged in various construction and product engineering activities. The company's underground and directional drilling operations install, replace and repair natural gas, oil, telecommunications and water supply piping systems, including large-diameter piping systems. The company can carry out industrial, civil and engineering business construction, and can provide maintenance services for industrial facilities, including power plants, petrochemical facilities, and other processing plants; the company can also build multi-level parking structures, and carry out the construction of roads, bridges and other environmental construction activities.
