Park Hotels & Resorts Inc., incorporated in Delaware on May 29, 1946 as Hilton Hotels Corporation, was later renamed Hilton Worldwide, Inc. On November 19, 2007, it was renamed Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. The company is a leading global hotel real estate company with diversified product lines and hotels and resorts with market-leading significant potential real estate value. Their portfolio includes 67 premium brand hotels and resorts with close to 35,000 rooms, located in the golden US and international markets, with high barriers to entry. More than 85 percent of their rooms are luxury and premium rooms, and nearly 90 percent are located in the United States, including 14 of the top 25 markets as defined by Smith Travel Research (STR). More than 70% of their rooms are located in the central business districts of major cities and resort/conference destinations. They have a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with Hilton, one of the world's leading hotel brands and management companies. They focus on driving quality long-term total returns by continuously increasing the value of existing properties and leveraging their scale to efficiently allocate capital to drive economic growth while maintaining a strong and flexible balance sheet.
