Provident Financial Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, became the holding company of Provident Bank on January 15, 2003. The Company operates through its subsidiary Bank, a community- and customer-oriented bank that currently operates full-service branches and loan production offices in northern and central New Jersey, as well as Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania and Nassau and Queens in New York. The Bank also provides trust and wealth management services through its wholly-owned subsidiary Beacon Trust Company and insurance services through its wholly-owned subsidiary Provident Protection Plus, Inc.
