Pearl Diver Credit Company Inc., a Delaware limited liability company formed on May 19, 2023. The company is a newly established, externally managed, non-diversified closed-end management investment company. They intend to adopt an investment strategy that focuses primarily on (i) positions in the CLO equity component acquired in primary and secondary market transactions; (ii) the CLO debt component; and (iii) other related investments. CLOs are securitization vehicles backed by a diverse pool of funds that are primarily broadly syndicated senior secured subprime investment grade corporate loans, also known as leveraged loans.
