Permian Basin Royalty Trust was created under the laws of the State of Texas on November 3, 1980 pursuant to a Chartered Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust ") with Southland Royalty Company. And by (" Southland Royalty ") and The First National Bank of Fort Worth as trustees. Bank of America Private Wealth Management Bank, a banking association organized under the laws of the United States, is the current trustee of the trust.
