Otis Worldwide Corporation was incorporated in Delaware on March 1, 2019. The company is the world's leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation and service company. The company is divided into two divisions: New Equipment and Services. Through the New Equipment Division, the Company designs, manufactures, sells and installs a variety of passenger and freight elevators as well as escalators and moving walkways for residential and commercial buildings and infrastructure projects. Through the service division, the company provides maintenance and repair services for its own products and those of other manufacturers, and provides modern services to upgrade elevators and escalators.
