The North European Oil Royalty Trust was established in Delaware on September 10, 1975. The Company is a grantor trust representing the beneficial owner of the trust with the highest rights in the production of natural gas and oil in certain concessions or leasing operations in the Federal Republic. In contracts with Germany's ExxonMobil Corp and Royal Dutch/Shell Group, the Trust receives specific percentage royalties from proceeds from the sale of certain products in related fields. The current products involve natural gas wells, oil well natural gas, crude oil, distillate and sulfur related businesses.
