Navios Maritime Partners L.P., an international owner and operator of dry bulk carriers and oil tankers, was incorporated as a limited partnership under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands on August 7, 2007 under the Marshall Islands Limited Partnership Act. Navios Maritime Partners L.P. is engaged in marine services for a variety of liquid and dry commodities, including iron ore, oil, coal, grain and fertilizers, and containers, and generally charters its vessels on medium and long-term charters.
