Net Lease Office Properties was incorporated in Maryland on October 21, 2022. The Company is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of W. P. Carey Inc. The Company primarily manages and monetizes a diversified portfolio of 59 office properties with a total leasable area of approximately 9.2 million square feet. Almost all of the company's properties are located in the United States, except for five properties located in Europe. The company's properties are mainly leased to corporate tenants on a single-tenant, net-lease basis.
