Meritage Homes Corporation is a Maryland corporation. They are leading designers and builders of detached and detached homes. They are primarily built in historically high-growth areas of the United States and offer a variety of entry-level and first-upgrade residences. They operate in three regions in the West, Central and East, consisting of ten states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. These three regions are its main residential construction reporting sections. They also run a financial services reporting division. In this area, they provide title and escrow, mortgage and insurance services.
