Mueller Industries, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on October 3, 1990. The company is a leading manufacturer of copper, brass, plastics and aluminum products. A wide range of products include: copper pipes and fittings; copper and copper alloy wires, bars and shapes; aluminum and brass forging; impact extrusion of aluminum and copper; plastic pipes, fittings and valves; refrigeration valves and fittings; fabricated tubular products; and steel joints. The company also resells imported brass and plastic pipe valves, malleable cast iron fittings, faucets and pipe specialty products. The company operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and China.
