Menglong Ice Cream Company was incorporated on April 15, 2025 under the laws of the Netherlands. It is a private limited liability company registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After the spin-off from Unilever is completed, the company's main business will be as the ultimate holding company of the group, which will conduct business through a number of subsidiaries. The Group is a leader in the global ice cream market, with operations in developed and emerging markets, operating in 80 countries, with a market share of approximately 21%. The Group owns, produces and sells ice cream brands and products, covering both home consumption and out-of-home consumption.
