NYLI CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund was incorporated as a Delaware corporation on April 6, 2021. They are a newly established, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The fund's investment objective is to seek a high level of total return, with an emphasis on current income. There is no guarantee that the fund will achieve its investment objectives. The Fund intends to focus on three infrastructure megatrends: (i) decarbonization, (ii) digital transformation and (iii) strengthening of obsolete infrastructure assets. The Fund is expected to invest primarily in equity securities of companies located in a number of different countries, including the United States. The fund can also invest in fixed-income securities of infrastructure companies.
