The Company owns approximately 220,000 acres of surface land in and around the Delaware Subbasin of the prolific Permian Basin, which is the most active area for oil and gas exploration and development in the United States. Their strategy is to actively manage land and resources to support and encourage oil and gas development and other land uses, which will generate long-term income and free cash flow for them and return to shareholders.
