Keycorp was incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio in 1958 and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. They are BHC, a subsidiary of BHCA, and one of the largest banking financial services companies in the United States. KeyCorp is the parent holding company of its main subsidiary, KeyBank National Association, through which most of the banking services they provide. Through KeyBank and certain other subsidiaries, they provide individuals, businesses and individuals with a broad range of retail and commercial banking, commercial leasing, investment management, consumer finance, student loan refinancing, commercial mortgage lending and special services, and investment banking products and services. Institutional clients pass through two major business segments: consumer banking and commercial banking.
