KB Home is one of the largest and most recognized residential construction companies in the United States, and they have been building homes for more than 65 years, building more than 680,000 homes since its inception in 1957. They have built a wide variety of new homes, including connected and detached single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, primarily for first-time homebuyers and first-time homebuyers, as well as second-time homebuyers and active adult homebuyers. They provide housing in development communities, urban landfills and mixed-use projects. Their residential construction business accounts for the majority of their business, accounting for 99.5% of total revenue in 2023. Their financial services business accounts for the remaining 5% of total revenue in 2023, offering various insurance products to homebuyers in the markets where they build their homes, and title services in some markets.
