Jinkosolar Holding Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on August 3, 2007. It is a world-renowned and innovative solar technology company. The company strategically lays out the core links of the photovoltaic industry chain, focusing on the integrated R&D and manufacturing of photovoltaic products and the provision of overall clean energy solutions, and its sales volume has led the global mainstream photovoltaic market for many years. JinkoSolar Holding's products have served about 4,000 customers in nearly 200 countries and regions around the world. As of the first three quarters of 2025, the company's module shipments have accumulated about 370 GW, and it has ranked first in global module shipments six times. As of August 2025, the company's global cumulative shipments of N-type Tiger Neo series high-efficiency modules are about 200 GW, making it the best-selling module series in history. The company is an industry opinion leader under various international frameworks such as B20, and also joined the RE100 green initiative in 2019. JinkoSolar Holding has taken the lead in the industry to establish a "vertically integrated" production capacity from silicon wafers, cells to modules, and has more than 10 global production bases in China, the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, the company's monocrystalline silicon wafer, cell, and module design capacity will reach 120 GW, 95 GW and 130 GW, respectively, and the N-type production capacity will maintain the industry's leading position. The company has nearly 2,000 R&D and technical personnel, and has accumulated more than 5,500 patents and 3,100 patent authorizations worldwide. It has become one of the companies with the largest number of patent applications and authorizations in the photovoltaic industry, and has 731 industry-leading N-type TOPCon-related technology patents. The company has won many awards such as "National Enterprise Technology Center", "National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise", and "Manufacturing Individual Champion".
