Janus Living, Inc., founded in Maryland on December 12, 2025, is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Healthpeak Properties, Inc. Healthpeak Properties, Inc., is an S&P 500 company. The Company and its consolidated entities focus on owning, operating and developing high quality real estate for healthcare discovery and delivery in the United States. Janus Living plans to do a series of transactions before or at the same time as the listing. The transactions involved the transfer of 34 senior residential properties and some land for future development to Janus Living OP, LLC, which was provided by Healthpeak and controlled by Janus Living. Following the completion of these proposed transactions, Janus Living will serve as the managing member of the operating company, overseeing all its business operations.
