The company is a premier Sun Belt multi-tenant retail REIT that owns, leases, redevelops, acquires and manages grocery store-based neighborhoods and community centers as well as premium power centers that often contain grocery stores. The company continued to execute its strategy by investing in assets with fundamental retail characteristics in the Sun Belt market, while demonstrating targeted and disciplined capital allocation. The Company is also committed to leading on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and has been a member of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (" GRESB ") since 2018.
