The Company is a growth-oriented, free-cash flow-generating independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development and production of hydrocarbons in the Appalachian Basin. They have accumulated a net surface area of approximately 90,000 acres, reaching into the core of these fields, providing them with a unique and balanced portfolio of high-return oil and gas drilling sites.
