The company's investment strategy is to focus on places with high barriers, compact spaces, and good long-term supply and demand characteristics. These markets include Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the East Bay, which are targeted by the company. Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc., was incorporated in Maryland on November 9, 2009 and had no meaningful business activities at the time of its inception until the completion of its initial public offering (IPO) on June 29, 2010 and the acquisitions related to its predecessors with several other entities.
