The company owns and manages a national portfolio of award-winning master-planned communities (MPC), operating properties and strategic development projects. It operates through three integrated divisions: MPC, Strategic Development and Operating Assets. In its MPC division, it plans, develops and manages large communities, focusing on horizontal development and the sale of residential land to residential builders. This activity generates cash flow and creates demand for commercial properties, which are then developed through strategic development departments. Upon completion, these commercial assets will be transitioned to the operating assets division to provide recurring revenue, which in turn will fund further strategic development. This synergistic business model aims to create a continuous cycle of value creation, enhance the attractiveness of its residential sites, and support the long-term sustainability of the entire community.
