Highland Global Allocation Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment firm. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term growth of capital and future income (future income means the ability to pay dividends in the future). The fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by investing in a portfolio of US and foreign stocks, debt and money market securities. The Fund can also invest in senior loans to domestic or foreign companies, partnerships and other entities operating in a variety of industries and geographic regions.
