Gaslog Partners Lp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GasLog, was established on January 23, 2014 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the laws of the Marshall Islands. GasLog was incorporated in Bermuda on July 16, 2003. The Company believes that GasLog is an international owner, operator and manager of LNG carriers and supports international energy companies as part of its own LNG logistics chain. GasLog is a growth limited liability company that owns, operates and acquires LNG carriers during the long-term LNG transportation charter period, which in this case refers to five years or more. GasLog's initial three LNG carrier charters will expire in 2018 and 2019 and will be managed through the ownership of its general partner at that time.
