Genesis Energy, L.P., a growth owner limited liability partnership, was incorporated in Delaware in 1996. The Company (i) is a provider of a complete set of midstream services (primarily transportation, storage, desulfurization, blending, terminating and processing) to large areas of the crude oil and natural gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast regions, and (ii) one of the world's leading producers of natural soda ash. The company provides a full range of services to refiners, crude oil and natural gas producers, as well as commercial and industrial enterprises, and has a diverse portfolio of assets, including pipelines, offshore hubs and hub platforms, refinery-related plants, storage tanks and terminals, railcars, barges and other vessels, and trucks. Another core focus of their business is the exploration, mining, processing, production, marketing, logistics and sales operations based on trona and trona in Wyoming.
